The ministers should go to the field, communicate with the public with sensitivity and solve the problems by coordinating with the local public representatives and the government-administration. The policies of the government will have to be told to the public

In the first meeting, the Chief Minister first congratulated the ministers who formed the government at the Center for the third consecutive time under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and those who were elected MPs. The Chief Minister said that the way development has gained momentum in Uttar Pradesh in the 10 years of the Prime Minister, we will be successful in creating many new records in the coming 05 years. He said that all the honorable ministers should widely publicize the achievements of the Central and State Government. Increase activity on social media. The policies, decisions and their positive results of the double engine government have to be told to the public.

During the dialogue with the ministers, the Chief Minister emphasized that whether ministers or other public representatives, everyone will have to avoid VIP culture. All have to be alert and careful so that none of our activities are such that VIP culture is displayed.

Special emphasis on economy

Discussing the departmental action plan, the Chief Minister said that the state government is working with the target of an economy of one trillion rupees. In this, the responsibility of every department is already fixed. It is the responsibility of the ministers to review the progress in accordance with the target, wherever there is any problem, get it fixed immediately. While discussing the future programs, he said that in the coming days there are programs of massive tree plantation, School Chalo Abhiyan and communicable disease control. Everyone will have to make efforts for their success.

The Chief Minister said that the first quarter of the financial year 2024-25 is about to end. It should be ensured that all departments spend the funds available in the current budget appropriately. Speed ​​in allocation and expenditure is expected. Expenditure should also be reviewed at the department level. The concerned minister should review his departmental status. He also said that under the guidance of the Prime Minister, we are getting every possible help from the Central Government for the overall development of the state. Coordinate with the Center and get the remaining funds. The departmental minister should himself establish communication with the ministers of the Government of India. Do not keep the project blocked in the absence of the central share. The work should be continued by releasing the state share as per the rules.

Quick solution of every problem

All departments should ensure to send 100% utility certificates on time. Giving priority to public hearing, the Chief Minister said that the satisfaction of the common man and the progress of the state are at the core of all the public welfare efforts of the state government. Public hearing solution system (IGRS and CM helpline) is a very useful medium for simple solution of complaints / problems of common people. Be it a minister, other public representatives or officers/employees, it is the responsibility of everyone to dispose of the applications received on IGRS on priority basis and at a fast pace. He said that we have adopted a zero tolerance policy towards crime and criminals. Ministers should also review the action being taken at the police station, tehsil and district level in relation to the applications received on IGRS and CM Helpline. He also stressed on the e-cabinet system for cabinet meetings and effective implementation of e-office in all departments.
